"Staying the night at Seljaland was a wonderful experience! Níels was a great and accommodating host, who was easily accessible and good to communicate with! He was available to provide directions and greet us upon arrival, was kind and interested in showing us all the work that has been put into the farm, along with some of the history of the place. It was perfect and we felt very at home!"
"Beautiful location and warm welcome. Everything was clean and cared for. Definitely recommended!"
"We had the most wonderful stay with Niels. You couldn’t find a more beautiful location or a more cozy and unique farmhouse. We loved all of the personal touched and interesting knickknacks and the house was clean and cozy and perfect. It’s set in the middle of a beautiful valley surrounded by sheep and ducks and beautiful scenery as far as you can see. Niels himself is very welcoming and kind, and he is an excellent chef. We enjoyed dinner there a couple evenings and breakfast as well and we would highly recommend it. You won’t find a more unique stay in all of Iceland. Don’t miss your chance to stay here!"
"We loved staying in this charming home on a beautiful farm. The home was so cozy - with many antiques, family photos, and personal touches. The kitchen, bath, and living/dining area were very well appointed. The home was also super clean.
The views were beautiful and we enjoyed walking around and checking in on the ducks and rooster and hen. We enjoyed an expertly prepared dinner in a lovely dining room in the main house. The host is a wonderful chef. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast the following morning. Dinner or breakfast by the host is not to be missed!"
